It's been a long, exhausting day today 'cos I restarted my laps again, so I'll hopefully fall deeply asleep as soon as my head hits the pillow tonight.
I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm stiff, sore and swollen so I'm heading straight on up to beddy-byes now.
