I haven't got much to show for it, but I feel like I've achieved a pretty decent amount of stuff today and my body has started to learn to cope with a solid breakfast now and it's kept me full for most of the day, so haven't needed to snack, just the choccie rewards for getting through both sets of laps.
My FitBit didn't record my sleep or log my food into the main app, which was a bit frustratingly disappointing, but maybe that's another "improvement" that Google have made to it??
The virus scan and backups finished first time this morning with no stresses or having to restart either of them. My choccie delivery arrived at lunchtime and I've got another delivery due tomorrow and one over the weekend so it's gonna be a busy few days!
I restarted my sit-ups last night and did them on the bed so didn't feel any benefit, but I did them on the hall floor and could definitely tell that I was using my stomach muscles today lol
I've popped my last two pills of the day and I'm heading off to beddy-byes now.
I'll see you all in the morning.
