I'm having a very simple, liquid lunch because I've gotta drink a litre of water an hour and a half before my appointment time and I've gotta finish it an hour before, so today's lunch is 2 x 500ml glasses of water. I'm planning on splashing out on the chocolate when I get home and might even reward myself with a take-away mocha as my reward when I get home, depending on how I get on with the ultrasound.
