Well, so far this morning I'm doing better than the last 3 days because I haven't poo'd yet. I've taken my Visible reading which was 3 out of 5 again, my blood pressure was finally just about into the medical normal range at 121, I've taken my 9 morning pills, had my breakfast and run the daily virus scan (which was still clear) so that's a positive.
Yesterday's Freegler has readvertised the Wanted that I replied to yesterday so I'm suspicious that they are a scammer who only wants people's addresses. They've got 2 more chances then I'm reporting and blocking them.
Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.
