Well, I've woken up feeling like I haven't slept but my FitBit is telling me that I was asleep for over 8 hours. I've taken my first Visible reading of the day and got a score of 3 out of 5 again. My blood pressure was high-for-me but still low in the medical reference range.
I've got washed and changed for the third time in 7 days, had my breakfast and run the daily virus scan which was all clear again. I'm also giving both FitBits and my Visibe some juice so that I don't have to scrabble around at bedtime and risking them all dying on me overnight.
I've decided against putting my rubbish and recycling out today because there's just so little of it.
Gotta remember to refill my dosette box after lunch... I've only missed one pill so far this week, but I've been feeling pretty ropey, so that's pretty good.
I'm gonna give myself the day off doing my laps today 'cos I've done them every day all week, including once on Wednesday when I was feeling at my worst, so I think my body deserves a rest.
Time to get today's to-do list together now methinks.
