For my only solid meal of the day, I had leftovers of yesterday's roast - everything on this plate is what I had yesterday, with a few bits of parsnip too.
Lunch today was 2 servings of a vegetarian family roast, 1½ roast potatoes cooked in approx 1 teaspoon of vegetable oil, 1 serving of tenderstem broccoli, 1 serving of peas and sweetcorn all washed down with a 330ml can of a sparkling mango pop.
