Today's breakfast was just my usual 2 slices of wholemeal 'Toastie' toast with approx 20g of 'Buttery' spread and a freshly-decanted bottle of Tropical juice. I'm thinking tomorrow will be the last decant out of the big bottle, so it'll be interesting to see how far up the 250ml bottle it comes. I've been trying to keep it below a certain point to see if that gives me more of a bottleful than the last big bottle did.
