It feels like it's been a very long, very active day today, but the reality is that I've barely left the sofa other than to give the heater away this afternoon.
I've popped my pills bang on time and I'm heading straight on up to bed.
I'll see you all in the morning when I've gotta remember to take my rubbish and recycling outside.
