I'm still stuffed from yesterday, so my breakfast today was a 500ml glass of water to take my morning pills with and I've done the weekly weigh-in which said that I've put on 1.6kg in the last 7 days, so I'll be back to my laps, sit-ups and crunches this week. I've also gotta change the bedding today, so I'll do that when I've put today's to-do list together. Gotta remember to bring my recycling and food waste containers in when they've been emptied too.
Time to get today's to-do list together while the daily virus scan is zipping away then I'll see if I feel up to getting washed and changed or not.
