I've been back from the health thing for almost an hour now, but my internet connection decided not to work for a good half an hour of that, so I made myself a very well-deserved drinking chocolate to celebrate not only getting through the health assessment, but I also achieved something I haven't been able to do since coming out of hospital in 2003 - I climbed up and down a flight of public stairs with a huuuge amount of help from my sister-in-law - thank you soo much Marie!
I'm absolutely shattered now, so I'm gonna do my physio then make myself another drinking chocolate (because I deserve it) then head to bed for a very early night.
