Literally all that's left to do in the bathroom is a lick of paint and it's all finally finished at long, long last!
The pane of broken glass has been replaced, the rails are back, the waste disposal works ("just don't put metal down it is all") and the cabinet is huuuuuge! I can definitely fit at least 6 or 8 toilet rolls in it along with medicines and plasters and a first aid kit and stuff!
He's gone off for a couple of hours to do a couple of other smaller jobs and to get the paint, then that's the first huge job crossed off my to-do list.
Not sure if the solar panels will get fitted today or not 'cos of the heavy rain this morning, but other than that, I've just gotta wait for the electrician for the central heating next week then I can finally relax! It's been a looooong year, but most of the big things are either finished (the roof and waste disposal unit) or nearly finished (the bathroom, solar panels and central heating) then I'm gonna give myself a bit of time to recover before I even start thinking about the next big job (the stairs) but the end is in sight now, so I'll definitely be having my first celebratory Glitterberry J2O this afternoon!
