Just weighed myself and...

...I've put on 1.3kg in a week, so that's a relief!  I'm back in the healthy weight range for my height that my GP gave me so I'll keep pigging out this week to try and get into the middle of the healthy weight range which is where I wanna be, but I won't be so worried about if I have to miss the vast majority of my meals this week, like I have done for the last month.


I can now, officially, relax about my weight again.
