...the plumbers are "coming at 8am tomorrow as long as I can drag him out of bed in time" and by this time tomorrow I'll have fully functioning central heating, air source heat pump and solar panels!
They said that "the electrician didn't come yesterday 'cos he was running so far behind, but he'll definitely be here with us tomorrow and we'll get everything sorted and tidied away" when I said about the bathroom being finished off on Thursday and potentially Friday, so I'll be doing more experimenting to find what works for me again, like I did with the smart meter, but I'm just about rounding the final corner of the marathon I've been struggling through for the last 3 weeks and I can hear those whistles and shouts of encouragement now.
This time tomorrow I'll be toastie warm and I'll have a totally new bathroom totally finished before the weekend.
It's been a difficult few weeks but I'm almost there now... just another few days of not eating and barely drinking then that's hopefully it for a good long while to come.
