I've woken up this morning feeling more cream-crackered than when I went to bed last night and I've got a head/eye ache brewing too.
I've popped my morning pills with my morning glass of water and I'm just waiting for my anti-virus programme to load up so that I can run the daily virus scan, then I'll keep reading while I wait for my carer. I've got a delivery due with the post this morning so I'll be able to see what's in the snack box and hopefully be able to have more than a mug of soup and occasional packet of crisps for lunch!
The virus scan is running now and this blog post is getting a bit long, so I'm gonna post it and start putting today's to-do list together.
