What a night I had! I was awake at 4.30am and couldn't get back to sleep and now my back is killing me again.
I've popped my morning pills along with a paracetamol caplet that I swallowed whole which was a pleasant surprise, so I'm just waiting for my last carer of the week to turn up now.
The daily virus scan is chugging along but my email programme is refusing to open again for some reason.
Gonna publish this now and attempt to put my to-do list up before my last carer of the week arrives.
