I've had a healthy-ish morning so far today 'cos I had an apple for a pre-breakfast snack while I was waiting for the bread to defrost, then I had 2 packets of apple & grapes with a bottle of orange juice, along with 2 slices of toast and dairy-free spread for breakfast, then let myself down by having a home-made decaff mocha and 100g of chocolate covered peanuts lol
