Today's lunch was my usual mug of instant Vegetable Cup Soup made and washed up entirely by me 'cos my carer was more interested in sitting down, using her phone the entire time. I've also got a 6 serving packet of crisps that I can have now that my carer has signed out and left. She's supposed to be here for 30 minutes twice a day but she left after 22 minutes this lunchtime... that's a whole different rant though lol
