Today's lunch was my usual mug of Vegetable Cup Soup but without the crisps today and it was made entirely by my carer using 2 spoons and a knife and boiling the kettle 3 times to make the soup. She barely filled the bottom of the mug with hot water, made the soup into a paste, emptied out the water in the kettle and overfilled the kettle with water, boiled that and got a shock when the boiling water forced the lid open, emptied the freshly-boiled kettle into the sink and refilled it to a more sensible level again before boiling it for the third time and filling the mug up almost too-full to move then wondered why the soup was stuck to the bottom of the mug and spoon. She took a second spoon out of the caddy and took some of the paste off the original spoon before getting a knife to scrape away the rest of it.
Very watery and unpleasant to drink today, but my carer made my lunch for the second time this year (not a typo, I really do mean twice in 48 days), so I shouldn't complain, right?
