My second meal of the day was a mug of instant minestrone Cup Soup made entirely by me again 'cos my carer was more interested in talking on her phone then texting/WhatsApp-ing someone than doing her job.
I'm not gonna get ranty about it, I'll just make myself another me-friendly drinking chocolate to mellow out a bit.
