gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week-will I be able to re-start them today??-I've lost 50g so I'm gonna leave it again for this week-wanna put on at least 450g this week then I'll re-start them again next week if I manage it- will I be able to re-start them this week?? - Bring in first delivery of "Good Food Delivered"
