Mornin' all

So far so good this morning 'cos I've taken my pills with my morning glass of water and set the virus scan running (twice) and the central heating has turned itself off after I messed around with the settings last night, so with any luck, I've found what works for me now.

Time to put today's to-do list up before my last carer of the week arrives... will she do her job today or just use her phone for the entire 18 minutes or, like yesterday's two carers, just get in the way and make a difficult job a hundred times worse for me?  We shall have to wait and see I guess.
