How are you all doing this morning?

I'm doing OK, just bitterly cold again.

I've taken my morning pills with my morning glass of water and I've got a mug of decaff coffee on the go too.

I woke up very late this morning... I was thinking it was around 4.15am but when I looked at my watch it was actually after 5.30am!!

The virus scan has finished and I'm still free of nasties, so that's reassuring.

Time to put today's to-do list up before my last carer of the week arrives now I reckon.
