Second update to today's to-do list

  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Get washed and dressed with my carer
  • Put key around my neck
  • Take bread out of the freezer for my breakfast
  • Have breakfast - a mug of drinking chocolate, big bar of chocolate and 3 Nakd bars this morning
  • Log breakfast into FitBit app
  • Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
  • Contact Simon about central heating - sent him a photo at 6.10am yesterday - I've just emailed him with an update and another 4 photos
  • Ask Marie to take the photo - it was too dark, so she's emailed me with what it says instead
  • Email wording to Simon
  • Buy more PPE for my carers
  • Do morning laps - gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week will I be able to re-start them today?? - I've lost 50g so I'm gonna leave it again for this week - wanna put on at least 450g this week then I'll re-start them again next week if I manage it
  • Bring in first delivery of "Good Food Delivered"
  • Put first delivery away
  • Bring in second delivery of "Discount Dragon"
  • Put second delivery away
  • Bring in third delivery of "Mindful Souls"
  • Explore delivery and put items in appropriate places
  • Bring in fourth delivery of PPE for my carers
  • Put fourth delivery away
  • Give out of date food to Freegler
  • Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything
  • Advertise Steve's guitar on Freegle
  • Advertise Wisden's on Freegle
  • Do the news
  • Keep working on memorial site
  • Have lunch
  • Log lunch into FitBit app
  • Put photo of my lunch up on here and Instagram
  • Take lunchtime pill
  • Refill dosette box
  • Take rubbish outside
  • Take recycling outside
  • Come up with list of questions for my GP - I've got the first few written down, but there are bound to be more lol
  • Ask for help planning NaNo book from friends and family - ask for as much detail and accurate dates as possible
  • Plan out NaNo book
