...Council Tax paid for this year and last month's carer invoice paid too, as well as updating my mobile number on the Priority Services Register, so I'm all up to date until next month now.
My central heating has just kicked in again, so I've turned the knob down to 4 instead of 5 and I'm gonna celebrate with a packet of dry roasted peanuts to end the day with so that I can send my calorie count back through the roof again after doing 2 sets of laps today and only missing one day of exercising so far this week.
I'm absolutely wiped out, stiff as a board and in a great deal of pain but I'll hopefully be able to have a hot bath tomorrow to try and ease it all a bit.
