gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week-will I be able to re-start them today??-I've lost 50g so I'm gonna leave it again for this week- wanna put on at least 450g this week then I'll re-start them again next week if I manage it - Give out of date food to Freegler

continuing from chapter 6 today-starting from chapter 15 tomorrow-final 99 pages tomorrow and I'll hopefully have it finished and the review up before the central heating fan installer gets here too- the morning galloped away from me, so I'm gonna read a bit more now but very much doubt I'll have it finished before bedtime tonight - Study my courses
