Get washed and dressed with my carer- Take bread out of the freezer for my breakfast - my carer decided to wash up the board and knife then put it straight back onto the counter without drying it, so I can't have toast this morning and I've gotta dry the counter, board and knife when I've recovered from getting washed and dressed

gonna leave it for another week so that I can recover from the last 6 weeks, but if my weight is where I want it to be on Monday then I'll re-start the laps next week-will I be able to re-start them today??-I've lost 50g so I'm gonna leave it again for this week- wanna put on at least 450g this week then I'll re-start them again next week if I manage it - Bring in first delivery
