Today's lunch came in 2 parts, both prepared by me because my carer was more interested in using her phone than doing her job again, so out of the 2 hours of care I'll be invoiced for I've only actually had 10 seconds of care after yesterday morning and this morning's carers boiled the kettle and nothing else. Not gonna rant about it, 'cos that's normal for me and my carers now <shrug>
The first part of today's lunch was my usual mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup and I was still significantly under my minimum calories for today, so I got myself a 6 serving packet of crisps too.
