My third breakfast/fifth meal of the week was 2 slices of wholemeal toast with dairy-free spread, 2 packs of apple and grapes and a 250ml bottle of orange juice.
I've also sneaked in a hot chocolate made with water and a good dose of dairy-free squirty cream and a sharing bar of chocolate but there isn't a photo of either of those 'cos the chocaholic in me was too desperate to taste the sweet, smooth goodness before I remembered lol I've been a good girl with the fruit and juice for my first meal of the day, so I reckon I'm allowed to be a little bit naughty too 😄
