Today's lunch was just my usual instant vegetable Cup Soup made by me again and my carer explained that the only reason they stay for 18 minutes instead of the 30 that I pay for is "so [that] you no make [me] late for [my] next client" so basically I'm paying for 10-12 minutes of travelling time after they've left here and before they arrive at their next client.
Literally the only support I've had from my carers today is the minute that it took today's carer to wash up the mug. The rest of the time she was putting her PPE on, writing her notes then taking her PPE off before she signed out.
