Today's lunch was another mug of instant vegetable Cup Soup made entirely by me because my carer was more interested in keeping to social distancing rules than supporting me, which is pretty standard for the majority of carers unfortunately and she stayed for the 18 minute minimum rather than the 30 minutes that I pay for, but that's pretty standard practise too.
I've had to resort to having a couple of choccie biccies and a decaff mocha with a new-to-me dairy-free squirty cream too, so that I can just about get enough calories into me to at the very least not lose any more weight but Ideally put on at least 1.25kg so that I can re-start my physio again next week.
