I'm well and truly knackered tonight and I've gotta remember that my SIL is coming over at 9.30am tomorrow to sort out my back yard for me. I've contacted the out of hours carers number to ask for an early visit and they are usually good, but I'll have to wait and see. If they come after 8.30am I'll just make them a drink and they can relax before signing out and I just won't get washed or changed.
As well as my SIL coming over, I've gotta remember to weigh myself and that I'm only doing laps (if I'm over where I'm medically approved to be) on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday next week to see what that does to my weight. Both my FitBit and Visible told me to take rest days and I ignored them both last week and just had the weekend off, so it'll be my next experiment for my health.
I've also gotta remember to refill the bottle with squash after I've taken my blood pressure in the morning, then take my first 9 pills of the week, then have my breakfast, weigh myself and take things from there... it's gonna be a busy morning tomorrow!
