Today's (22nd December 2025) to-do list

  • Take Visible reading
  • Use blood pressure machine
  • Put details onto spreadsheet
  • Put BP machine away
  • Drink glass of water
  • Take morning pills
  • Run daily virus scan
  • Come up with a tag line for my memoir
  • Study at least one course
  • Listen to podcasts
  • Listen to playlists
  • Turn on air purifier
  • Read and review a book - up to the 'Coffee Break' section now - starting on chapter 16 - finished the day on chapter 18 - up to chapter 19 - up to section 2 as of yesterday
  • Check forum
  • Announce birthdays if necessary
  • Get washed and dressed
  • Make breakfast of toast and juice
  • Take photo of breakfast
  • Put photo of breakfast on here and Instagram
  • Re-input December's BP and HR info onto spreadsheet
  • Bring recycling box back in
  • Bring waste food caddy back in
  • Bring blue sack back in
  • Bring black sack back in
  • Wash up
  • Make honey drink
  • Do morning laps
  • Do morning sit-ups
  • Do morning crunches
  • Change bedding to SINGLE duvet
  • Bring bedding downstairs
  • Wash and dry bedding
  • Take bedding back upstairs
