• Ask Marie to bring in a bag of rubbish tomorrow
• Have breakfast
• Put breakfast photo onto this blog and Instagram
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Find out if either of my siblings-in-law want Steve's lamp
• Find out if either of my siblings-in-law want the iron
• Advertise both shower gels on Freegle
• Do my daily laps
• Do the news
• Turn immersion heater on - I turned it on at 12.38pm and smart meter at £1.57
• Put bath mats back in the bathroom
• Charge up mobile phone
• Have lunch
• Put lunchtime photo up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Have bath
• Turn immersion heater off - turned it off at 3.29pm and the smart meter reads £3.08
