They're booked in to get my bathroom taps replaced today between 1.30 and 4.30pm. They've just been on the phone to say that they've been held up on a job and are running 30-40 minutes late but they are definitely coming!
Not many people would do that so they are definitely up there on my scale of 1-10 now!
