...browser cache's cleared ready for tomorrow's weekly virus scan.

I'd completely forgotten that it was Wednesday tomorrow, so I'm glad it's in my calendar and the reminder popped up otherwise it could potentially have taken literally all day to get through everything, then I wouldn't have been able to do the weekly backups 'cos of needing to get my external hard-drives put away ready for the decluttering and deep clean at the end of the week.

I've cleared both caches now though, so just need to remember not to open my email programmes tomorrow now.
