...tomorrow's lunch sorted and the middle shelf of the fridge completely cleared off ready for the afternoon's groceries to be put away.
Tomorrow's lunch will be a bag (ie 2 servings) of salad leaves, half a bag (so about 4 servings) of carrot batons, half a tub (so about 5 portions) of olives as well as the leftovers I brought home yesterday (so about 4 portions of Quorn family roast, maybe a couple of roast potatoes, peas and brocolli) so I'll be filling up on plenty of veggies again tomorrow too, but my body enjoys healthy things (which is why I have muesli instead of sugar coated cereal) so the more fruit and veg I can get into myself, the healthier I feel!
