This morning's breakfast was a slight cut-down 'cos I finished off the fruit yesterday so I only had the Berries & Cherries muesli, plant protein soya milk and my standard bottle of orange juice this morning. I had a home-made decaff mocha after that, but didn't take a photo of it 'cos I'd already put my laptop back on the table.
I'll be having multiple drinking chocolates this week 'cos I want to get my weight up a touch and drinking chocolates are a quick and easy way to get calories into my body. I'm still within the healthy weight range for my height, but I wanna be at the middle to top of it rather than the bottom.
