Today's lunch was the last of last week's salad things because my groceries are due in a bit, so wanted to make sure that there was room in the freezer for all the new goodies.
My lunch today consisted of the last 5 radishes, the last 5 cherry tomatoes, 2 slices of plant-based cheese, 2 jumbo spring onions and a spoonful of coleslaw.
I think I'm doing pretty well with my daily fruit and veg options now that I'm having salad every day instead of the tins of baked beans or the tins of spaghetti I was having during the colder months!
