Today's lunch was a huuuuge salad because I barely ate at home last week and I needed to plough through as much of the food as I could so that it didn't go to waste. It consisted of 2 portions of sweet and crispy salad, 2 portions of carrot batons, 2 slices of dairy free cheese, 2-3 portions of black and green olives, and I finished off the last portion of coleslaw so I've well and truly had my 5 daily portions of fruit and veg in half of that meal alone lol
