Well, yesterday's cold is now in full swing so I'm gonna be feeling pretty grotty until it buggers off.
I've taken my Visible reading and it's given me a score of 2 out of 5 again.
My blood pressure was slightly higher than normal, but still low.
I've remembered to refill the bottle with squash and I'm giving my Inspire a bit of early morning juice, then I'll go and get washed and changed.
Gotta remember to put a bottle of squash on my next grocery order too.
I've decided that I'll have my bath as normal again tomorrow and a shower on Monday morning, ready for the funeral on Monday lunchtime.
I worked out this morning that it'll be 6 months without any carers on 30th March and I'm feeling pretty good and coping really well so far, which just goes to prove how little they actually did!
Just started off the virus scan then I'll go and get ready for the day.
