So far this morning I've been for an emergency wee, taken my Visible reading, been for an emergency wee and poo, taken my blood pressure, popped my 9 morning pills and run the daily virus scan while I got washed and changed, so that's a pretty good start to the day I reckon.
Gotta remember to sack up the rubbish, box up the recycling and take them both out then refill my dosette box after I've taken my last lunchtime pill of the week. Gotta put my blood pressure photos onto my health site too.
Time to get today's to-do list together now I reckon.
