• Run daily virus scan
• Have breakfast

• Make myself a multi-vitamin tea
• Get washed and dressed with my carer
• Bring in delivery
• Do my daily laps
• Contact trader about taps
• Find other vacuum cleaner battery
• Dismantle vacuum cleaner - I've done what I can but I'm too weak to take the rest of it apart
• Contact manufacturer about getting vacuum repaired
• Do the news
• Have lunch
• Put lunchtime photo up on here and Instagram
• Take lunchtime pill
• Have ice cream or chocolate
• Get the bathroom ceiling scrubbed
• Read and review 9 Kindle Unlimited books
• Take evening pills
• Go to bed
