Just like my breakfast, today's lunch was just my usual salad made up of black and green olives, plant based grated cheese, 3 radishes, 5 cherry tomatoes, the rest of the bag of sweet & crunchy salad that yesterday's carer started and a portion of vegan coleslaw.
I've had a pretty healthy food day today, even though I sneaked in three treat-sized bars of chocolate for elevenses. I've still gotta consume 256 calories to hit the minimum to maintain my weight, but I'm not too worried about that 'cos I was pretty significantly over budget on Monday and I was a bit over on Tuesday and yesterday too, so going under won't do me any harm.
