Today's lunch photos and birthday gift deliveries

These are a couple of hours late, but here are the photos of my lunch (a tub of egg mayonnaise sandwich filler) and pud (6 biscuits):

Apparently we're definitely having fried eggs and hash browns for lunch tomorrow - I hope so, 'cos I can't remember the last time we had hash browns and Steve's mum got the eggs for us today so I don't wanna waste them again!

I got the deliveries of my birthday gifts just before we had our lunch and the personal blender especially looks like it could be a quick, safe and healthy way to get more fruit into my body and you can get protein powders too, which'll help to support my muscles and hopefully help me to gradually regain a bit of stability on my legs again at long last... I'm happy to give most things a go and I've wanted to try protein powders for a while now, since my FitBit has shown me how little I've got in my diet, so I'm hoping to use the birthday blender as a quick and easy way to increase my fruit and protein intake each day.

I've just realised that I haven't taken my lunchtime pill yet either!  Woops!  Hold on while I take it now... OK, that's me dosed up for the next 2½ hours.  Where was I?  I can't remember now!

Anyway, I'm really happy with the birthday gifts that I got from Steve's family and C - I haven't spent my mum's gift yet... I'm thinking that'll be childrens books and stuff next year so that I can increase my Kindle library a bit more.

Oh yeah!  My other gifts that I got myself yesterday were getting on for 100 rings (these 40 rings and these 53 rings) and two sets of glasses repairing dooberries, so that I can keep one in the bedroom and one in here so that I don't have to go too far without being able to see before I can repair them.  Need to try and find a way to get my hands on a few of those screws that opticians use to attach the arms to the frames 'cos that's the usual problem I have with my glasses - they fall out, my glasses come off my face and I'm totally screwed until Steve's family can take them to be repaired for me - it happens every time I get new lenses lol

This blog post is waaay too long, so I'll publish it now and leave you in peace for a bit lol
