My resting heart rate is currently 79bpm and my blood pressure is at 128/76 and my blood oxygen level is at 98%.
I've had a busy day for me and the nerves about Saturday are starting to take hold, so I'm gonna take my final two pills of the day and head off to beddy-byes I reckon.
Still can't remember what the upstairs looks like or which way to turn though lol
