Nite nite orl

I asked on Facebook for other Thiamin rich foods other than eggs and liver and someone suggested Ryvita so I've officially taken soups off the menu now and I'm having Ryvita and Hummus for my lunches (assuming they're in stock of course lol) instead.  They are healthy, full of Thiamin and protein and me-friendly so it'll make a good change as long as I can keep them in my stomach.


I've popped my last two pills of the day, so I'm gonna head straight on up to beddy-byes now.
