Ask for help planning NaNo book from friends and family - ask for as much detail and accurate dates as possiblePlan out NaNo book-planned out another couple of chapters and am just moving my records into appropriate folders now-everything is sorted, so I can spend my time doing the planning instead of the admin now-just planned out chapter 30 so I'm hoping to get to at least chapter 50 or even 60 by the time I head to bed tonight. It's like with the writing - it's the getting started that I struggle with but then it's all fine after that!- I've done as much as I can now, I've just gotta trawl through my medical records for all the tests I went through, the results of those tests and the twice that I was diagnosed with the same disability now. Not gonna tackle that until tomorrow or even next week though.- Go through my medical records with a fine toothed comb to find the information I need for my book

- Keep an eye on Freegle to see if anyone wants anything
- Find crystal cabinet - there might be a way to get one (or more) from Mindful Souls at some point in future, but I'll keep looking for one (or more) for my other crystals too
