I'm about to jinx it all, but everything has worked first time so far this morning!
I've remembered to put the crystals into their display box and move them to their home, taken my clothes to the bottom of the stairs, refilled my squash bottle, popped my morning pills (including one of my happy pills which is already lifting my mood), refilled my dosette box. Gotta remember to take the rubbish and recycling out after I've had my lunch and email M to babysit me so that I can take the form to the postbox. As long as I don't buy anything between now and about 3pm, I'll have earnt my addiction reward and I can't wait!
The daily virus scan started and finished by itself this morning and my laptop is still clear of nasties, thankfully.
My last carer of the week could turn up at any time now and I wanna try and get today's to-do list up before she does, so I'm gonna publish this now.
