My central was on for several hours this morning and the pennies were rapidly adding up on my electricity smart meter which made me more and more anxious. I was dreading it being a £7 day again (my daily budget is £4) but 12 hours later, the washer/drier being on for 45 minutes and me boiling the kettle at least 5 times, it's only at £2.13 which is a huuuuuge relief. I'm guesstimating that it'll be around £2.50 by midnight which is what I was promised before it was installed and if it keeps on like that then I can breathe easy again!
