Today's lunch came in 3 parts and the only part that I didn't do was swill out the mug, my carer did that and I'll have to wash the mug and spoon up properly when I've recovered enough to make it safe for me to stay on my feet for long enough.
The first part of my lunch was a mug of instant Vegetable Cup soup, the second part was another 5 packets of Christmas Pudding flavour crisps (that went out of date back in January, which is why they were so cheap to buy two months after that) and my first two Tango oranges that are supposed to be sweet, seedless and easy to peel, but we shall have to wait and see 'cos I haven't had them yet lol
